VINEYARDS

Located in Herzegovina with 2,300 sunny hours per year.

Our vineyards are only 35 kilometers away from the Adriatic Sea, at 45 to 280 meters above sea level. Vineyards are strongly influenced by the Mediterranean climate. Željuša (260 hectares) is surrounded by the mountains of Prenj and Velež, and located near Neretva river. Kosor (40 hectares) is located south of Mostar by the Buna river. Both vineyards are equipped with irrigation systems and state-of-the-art mechanization, which, combined with the experience of our agronomists, guarantees the highest quality of raw materials.

Our wines are born in the constant struggle of the sun, stone, vines, and man. This makes them special.

WINERY

Compound of modern technology, experience and dedication

Rich experience and tradition, carefully crafted in the depths of wine cellars, upgraded with new technologies and advice from top local experts, guarantee success and quality preservation.

We own vinificators for the production of high-quality and premium red wines. Barrique barrels for aging wines are made of the most famous world types of oak: French, American, Hungarian and Slavonian oak. Also, the production is partly carried out in the barrels of autochthonous Bosnian oak.

The wines are bottled by modern charger which has three protection levels against unwanted processes during bottling. The first level before the very beginning of the bottling is the vacuum, the extraction of oxygen from the bottle. The second level follows the completion of the bottling and implies the injection of an inert gas. At this stage, the inert gas in the bottle is over 96%. The wine before and after charging has the same chemical composition that indicates the same quality of wine.

DISTILLERY

Designed for production of grapes and fruits based distillate

The modern distillery of the renowned German manufacturer Arnold Holstein produce wine distillates and all types of fruit distillates of the highest quality. The daily consumption of primary raw materials for distillation is between 10,000 and 15,000 liters.
