Processing of fresh fruit makes mash and concentrates, which are later used for the production of juices and jams. Fruit mash is pasteurized homogenous product of specific consistency obtained by chemical processing procedure and selected fresh fruit that are washed, selected, grinded, blanched, mashed, pasteurized and filled in the tanks under sterile conditions. In accordance with these intentions, basement facilities are renovated. The mash is stored in stainless steel tanks with a capacity exceeding 1,000 tons, in the basements at +4 ° C.
